How to download your Airtable invoice
Airtable bills per workspace or organization depending on the contracted plan; the invoice history lives in the corresponding billing settings.
Open the billing portal ↗Step by step
- 1
Open billing settings
Go to airtable.com/account/billing (direct link above), or your organization's settings if you're on an enterprise plan.
- 2
Go to the payment history
The billing section lists charges with their date and amount.
- 3
Download the invoice
Each charge has an option to view or download the invoice PDF.
Tips & edge cases
- Airtable's Free plan generates no invoices.
- On Enterprise accounts, billing may be managed by Airtable's sales team instead of the self-serve panel.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.
Frequently asked questions
Does Airtable issue VAT invoices?
It depends on your country and whether you provided a valid business VAT ID; check the tax breakdown on the PDF.
Why can't I see billing in my Airtable account?
Check whether your plan is managed by an organization or a different workspace than the one you have open — billing may live elsewhere.
