How to download your Zapier invoice

Zapier keeps the billing history in the account settings, with one document per plan renewal (monthly or annual).

Step by step

    Open billing settings

    Go to zapier.com/app/settings/billing (direct link above) with the account that pays for the plan.

  2. 2

    Find the payment history

    The billing section shows every charge with its date and amount.

    Download the invoice

    Each charge has an option to view or download the invoice PDF.

Tips & edge cases

  • If you exceed your plan's task limit mid-cycle, Zapier may generate an extra charge on top of the fixed fee.
  • Zapier's free plan generates no invoices.

Add it as a custom provider

This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.

Frequently asked questions

Does Zapier issue VAT invoices?

It charges applicable VAT to EU customers unless a valid business VAT ID is on file for reverse charge.

Why do I have an extra Zapier charge this month?

Probably from exceeding your plan's included task limit; check the breakdown on the invoice itself.
