How to download your ClickUp invoice

ClickUp bills per workspace, and only the owner or admins with billing access can see the payment history.

Step by step

    Open the workspace settings

    Inside the workspace you pay for, go to the workspace avatar → Settings.

  2. 2

    Go to the billing tab

    Find “Billing” or “Plans”: you'll see the contracted plan, the number of members and the billing cycle.

    Download the invoice

    In the invoice history, each charge has its own downloadable PDF document.

Tips & edge cases

  • The amount can vary with the number of billed members if you add or remove people mid-cycle.
  • ClickUp's Free Forever plan generates no invoices.

Add it as a custom provider

This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
