How to download your Make.com invoice

In Make (formerly Integromat) billing hangs off the organization: each paid organization has its own subscription and its own invoices inside the panel.

Step by step

    Open your Make organization

    Sign in at make.com and select the organization whose subscription you pay (organization menu, top left).

    Open the payments section

    In the organization menu, open the subscription/payments section.

  3. 3

    Find the invoice history

    You'll see the list of charges with date and amount, one per renewal.

  4. 4

    Download the PDF

    Each charge has a downloadable invoice. Set your tax details (company name, VAT ID) in the billing profile first if you didn't at signup.

Tips & edge cases

  • You need an owner or admin role in the organization to see payments.
  • If you have several organizations, each bills separately.
  • One-off purchases of extra operations also generate an invoice.

Stop downloading invoices by hand

Every month Severino logs into this portal (and your other providers'), downloads the PDFs and sends them to your accountant. You do nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Does Make issue VAT invoices?

Make bills from the EU (Czech Republic); with a valid intra-community VAT ID, reverse charge applies for customers in other EU countries.

Where are my old Integromat invoices?

After the migration to Make, the history lives in your Make organization's payments section. Contact support if something's missing.

Can I automate the monthly download?

Yes, with Severino: it downloads your Make invoice and the rest of your SaaS invoices and sends them to your accountant.
