How to download your Dropbox invoice
Dropbox keeps the payment history in the account's billing settings, with one document per plan renewal.
Open the billing portal ↗Step by step
- 1
Open billing settings
Go to dropbox.com/account/billing (direct link above) with the account that pays the subscription.
- 2
Find the payment history
The billing page shows every charge made, with date and amount.
- 3
Download the invoice
Each charge has an option to view or download the PDF invoice.
Tips & edge cases
- On Dropbox Business, only the team admin sees the full billing.
- If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, the invoice comes from Apple or Google, not Dropbox.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.
Frequently asked questions
Does Dropbox issue VAT invoices?
Yes, EU customers are charged applicable VAT unless a valid business VAT ID is on file for reverse charge.
Where's the Dropbox Business invoice if I manage several teams?
Each Dropbox Business team has its own independent billing, in that specific team's settings.
