How to download your Zoom invoice
Zoom keeps invoices in the account's billing section (Account Management → Billing), accessible only to the owner or an admin with billing permissions.
Open the billing portal ↗Step by step
- 1
Open account management
Sign in at zoom.us and go to Account Management → Billing (direct link above).
- 2
Open the billing history
The invoice history tab lists every charge with its date and amount.
- 3
Download the PDF
Each invoice has its own download link. Check your tax details are complete in the billing information first.
Tips & edge cases
- You need an owner or admin role with billing access to see this section.
- Zoom One and add-on licenses (Zoom Phone, Webinars) may bill separately.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
Tell us which one you use and we'll let you know when its guide (and Severino support) is available.
Frequently asked questions
Does Zoom issue VAT invoices?
It depends on the billing entity for your country; check the tax breakdown on the invoice PDF itself.
Where's the invoice if my company pays for several licenses?
In the same account billing section: the document groups every license under that Zoom account.
