How to download your Supabase invoice

Supabase bills per organization, not per project: all projects in an organization share a plan and an invoice. The PDFs live in the dashboard's billing section.

Step by step

    Open the organization's billing

    Go to supabase.com/dashboard, select the organization and open Billing (or use the direct link above, which resolves to your active organization).

    Go to the invoice list

    Inside Billing there's an Invoices tab with every document issued per cycle.

    Download the month's PDF

    Each invoice has its own download link. The amount includes the base plan plus the cycle's usage (compute, storage, egress).

    Set your tax details

    In the organization's billing settings you can add a Tax ID so it appears on future invoices.

Tips & edge cases

  • You need to be an owner or admin of the organization to see billing.
  • The Free plan generates no invoices.
  • If you have several paid organizations, each issues its own monthly invoice.

Stop downloading invoices by hand

Every month Severino logs into this portal (and your other providers'), downloads the PDFs and sends them to your accountant. You do nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Supabase invoice per project?

No, it's per organization: it groups all that organization's projects into a single document.

When does Supabase issue the invoice?

At the close of each monthly subscription cycle, including the period's variable usage.

Can I get it automatically every month?

Supabase leaves it in the dashboard. Severino downloads it for you and forwards it to your accountant with the rest of your SaaS invoices.
