How to download your Google Workspace invoice
Google Workspace is billed from the domain's admin console (admin.google.com), not from a personal Gmail account — only super admins can see it.

Open the admin console
Go to admin.google.com/ac/billing/subscriptions (direct link above) with a super admin account for the domain.

Open the billing section
Under “Billing” you'll see the active subscription and the history of payment documents.

Download the month's invoice
Each billing cycle generates its own document, downloadable as a PDF from the history.
Tips & edge cases
- The number of billed users varies monthly with active accounts, so the amount can change month to month.
- If Workspace is managed by a Google reseller/partner, the invoice is issued by that reseller, not Google directly.
Add it as a custom provider
This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
