How to download your Mailchimp invoice

Mailchimp keeps the payment history in the account's billing settings, with one document per monthly billing cycle.

Step by step

    Open billing settings

    Go to admin.mailchimp.com/account/billing (direct link above) with the account that pays for the plan.

    Go to the payment history

    The billing section shows every monthly charge with its date and amount.

    Download the invoice

    Each charge has an option to view or download the invoice PDF.

Tips & edge cases

  • The amount can vary month to month if your plan bills by number of contacts and that count changes.
  • Only the account owner or a user with an admin role can see billing.

Add it as a custom provider

This provider isn't in Severino's default catalog yet, but you can add it yourself by pasting its billing portal URL as a custom provider — Severino will try to download the invoice just like it does for the rest. If you'd rather wait for us to add it natively, leave your email.
