How to download your Hostinger invoice

Hostinger centralizes all your purchases — hosting, domains, renewals, VPS — in the hPanel's billing section. Every payment generates a downloadable invoice.

Step by step

    Open the hPanel

    Sign in at hpanel.hostinger.com and open the Billing section in the top menu.

    Open the payment history

    The history lists every payment: new purchases, automatic renewals and add-on services.

    Find the payment you need

    Domain and hosting renewals show up as separate payments, each with its own document.

  4. 4

    Download the PDF invoice

    Each line in the history lets you view and download the invoice. First check your tax details (VAT ID, address) are complete in your profile.

Tips & edge cases

  • Automatic renewals generate invoices even if you never log in — worth checking monthly, or letting Severino do it.
  • Tax details are set in the billing profile; already-issued documents aren't amended.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the invoice is still in the hPanel — the PayPal receipt is not a substitute.

Stop downloading invoices by hand

Frequently asked questions

Does Hostinger issue VAT invoices?

Hostinger operates from the EU and applies the relevant VAT, or reverse charge with a valid intra-community business VAT ID. Check the PDF's breakdown.

Are domains and hosting on the same invoice?

Only if they were paid together in the same order. Separate renewals generate separate invoices.

How do I get invoices for automatic renewals?

Hostinger emails confirmations, but the PDF lives in the hPanel. Severino picks it up for you and sends it to your accountant.
